HUAXUAN HIGH TECHNOLOGY® KH-206 

Is a high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer developed by HUAXUAN HIGH TECHNOLOGY® to meet the needs of different concrete slump protection. This series of water reducers have excellent slump retention and extremely high water reduction rate through molecular structure optimization design, which greatly improves the plastic index of fresh concrete and improves its pumping and construction properties. At the same time, the strength growth and structural development of hardened concrete have also been significantly improved. The product has a low content and strong adaptability to various concrete raw materials, and it can meet various requirements for concrete slump protection under pumping, medium and low slump, long-term transportation, and high-temperature construction conditions.

By adding HUAXUAN HIGH TECHNOLOGY® KH-206 can obtain the following results:

(1) Excellent slump retention: within a certain period of time, the fluidity increases by time, till it increases to the maximum value.

(2) Ultra-high water reduction rate: the water reduction rate is as high as 40% or more;

(3) The concrete has good mobility, easy pouring, and easy construction;

Application:

It is suitable for concrete with high requirements for slump retention, such as large-volume concrete, long-distance conveying concrete and pumping concrete. It is especially suitable for maintaining concrete slump under long-term transportation and high-temperature construction conditions,also it’s suitable for various Water conservancy, marine engineering, ports, transportation, electric power and other national key projects that require high concrete performance,especially recommended for high-strength high-performance concrete, super-fluid, earthquake-free and self-compacting concrete.

How to use:

It is recommended to be used in combination with other water-reducing polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent mother liquor. The ratio of water-reducing mother liquor to slump-preserving mother liquor is better to be (90%-50%): (10%-50%), and the solid content after compounding should be 0.05%~0.25% of the cementitious material.After being diluted in proportion, add it to the concrete mixer together with water,and you’ll see better effects when adding retarder of 1-4% of the quality of the water reducing agent.
